Website Terms
Effective August 9, 2026
These terms apply when you visit this website or use its quote, appointment, consultation or contact features.
1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you request or receive services, the Service Terms and your approved quote or work order also apply.
2. General information only
Website content is general business information, not professional engineering, legal, insurance or code advice for a particular property. Fire-protection requirements depend on the site, equipment, occupancy, applicable codes and the authority having jurisdiction. Do not delay a required inspection, repair, emergency response or regulatory direction because of information on this website.
3. Requests are not confirmed bookings
A website form submission or email is a request for contact. It does not create a service contract, confirm availability, reserve an appointment or guarantee pricing. An appointment is booked only when Inferno Fire Protection confirms it. A service agreement begins only after scope and price are approved or work is otherwise authorized.
4. Free 15-Minute Consultation
A free 15-minute consultation may be a phone or video conversation. When agreed and practical, it may instead be a brief in-person walk-through. It may flag visible fire-equipment concerns, apparently overdue inspections or work that may not have been completed properly. It is an initial screening—not a complete inspection, formal Facility Safety & Maintenance Assessment, certification or approval. Do not rely on it as a substitute for a paid site service or direction from the authority having jurisdiction.
5. Service descriptions and coming-soon features
We try to keep service, pricing and availability information accurate, but offerings may change. Fire alarm services are labelled Coming Soon where they are not yet available. The secure Customer Portal is Coming Soon and is not currently available for customer login. Trade-in eligibility and value require assessment and are not guaranteed by the website description.
6. Your submissions
You must provide information you are authorized to share and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not send passwords, payment card details, health records or unrelated sensitive information through a general website form or email. You grant us permission to use submitted information to respond to your request and provide related services, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may match the information to an existing business/contact or create a prospective business, site and service-request record in the Inferno Fire Protection portal so the request can be managed without duplicate manual entry.
7. Acceptable use and security
You may not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, impersonate another person or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our systems, customers or legal rights.
8. Ownership
The Inferno Fire Protection name, original logo, website design, copy, graphics and other site materials are owned by Inferno Fire Protection Ltd. or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own business evaluation, but may not copy, modify, republish or commercially exploit them without written permission.
9. Third-party services
Links or integrations provided by third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse every statement, product or practice of that third party. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.
10. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the website useful and secure but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated here. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inferno Fire Protection is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, the website. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Service claims are addressed under the applicable Service Terms and work order.
12. Privacy and electronic communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. When you contact us, you agree to receive replies and service-related messages about your request. Promotional electronic messages will be handled separately in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
13. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada. We may update them as the website or legal requirements change. The effective date will show when the current version took effect. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Website Terms.
